Abhay Kumar Sinha, also known as Abhay Kushwaha, is an Indian politician currently serving as a Member of Parliament for the Aurangabad constituency in Bihar. He previously served as a Member of the Legislative Assembly for the Tekari constituency, having been elected in 2015 while affiliated with the Janata Dal (United). Before entering state-level politics, he served as the Mukhia of Kujapi village. Throughout his career, he has held various organizational roles, including state president of the youth wing of the Janata Dal (United), before transitioning to the Rashtriya Janata Dal prior to the 2024 general elections. Beyond his political activities, he is involved in business ventures, including the operation of ply and brick plants.
