Adam Struzik is a Polish politician, physician, and local government official who has served as the Marshal of the Masovian Voivodeship since 2001. A long-standing member of the Polish People's Party (PSL), he previously served as a Senator from 1991 to 2001, including a term as the Marshal of the Senate from 1993 to 1997. Beyond his legislative and executive roles, he has been active in the Volunteer Fire Department and the Committee of the Regions. He is recognized as the longest-serving voivodeship marshal in Poland, having been repeatedly re-elected to the regional assembly.
