Adewunmi Onanuga

Adewunmi Onanuga was a Nigerian politician and businesswoman who served as a Member of the House of Representatives representing the Ikenne/Sagamu/Remo North Federal Constituency in Ogun State. Affiliated with the All Progressives Congress, she held key parliamentary leadership positions, including Deputy Chief Whip of the House of Representatives and Chairperson of the House Committee on Women Affairs and Social Development. Her legislative work focused heavily on women's empowerment, social development, and grassroots community representation until her passing in January 2025.
