Adoum Gargoum

Adoum Gargoum was a Cameroonian politician who served as the Minister Delegate to the Minister of External Relations in charge of relations with the Islamic world. Born in Kousséri in 1954, he held various administrative positions, including roles in labor inspection and as Secretary General at the Ministry of Scientific and Technical Research and the Ministry of Territorial Administration. He was the first government member to hold his specific ministerial portfolio, serving from 1997 until his death in 2021.
