Alain David

Alain David is a French politician and member of the Socialist Party who has served as the Deputy for the 4th constituency of Gironde since 2017. Before his election to the National Assembly, he had a long career in local government, notably serving as the mayor of Cenon from 1995 to 2017 and as a departmental councilor for Gironde. Professionally, he worked as an engineer for SAFER Aquitaine Atlantique for nearly three decades. In parliament, he is active in the Foreign Affairs Committee and has focused on issues such as climate change and international relations.
