Albert Breininger is a German politician and a member of the Landtag of Rhineland-Palatinate, having assumed office in 2026. Born in 1974 in Tassaj, Kazakh SSR, he immigrated to Germany in 1995 as a late repatriate. Before his election to the state parliament, he worked as a medical equipment technician. Breininger is also active in local politics, serving as a member of the Germersheim city council and district council, where he also acts as the parliamentary group leader for the Alternative for Germany (AfD).
