Alex Kerr

Alex Kerr is a Scottish politician serving as a Member of the Scottish Parliament for the Scottish National Party. Elected in the 2026 Scottish Parliament election, he previously served as a councillor for the Baillieston ward on Glasgow City Council from 2022 to 2027. In addition to his legislative duties, Kerr holds the position of national secretary for the Scottish National Party. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience in parliamentary operations, having worked as a communications officer and caseworker for several Members of the Scottish Parliament, including John Mason, Christina McKelvie, and Ivan McKee.
