Alexandru Bujorean is a Moldovan politician currently serving as the Mayor of Leova. A prominent figure in local administration, he also holds the position of Vice President of the Congress of Local Authorities from Moldova (CALM). Throughout his tenure, he has been a vocal advocate for public administration reform, transparency, and the decentralization of government powers to support Moldova's European integration. In November 2025, he successfully secured re-election as mayor following the city's participation in new local elections.
