Amadou Koné is an Ivorian politician currently serving as the Minister of Transport and Maritime Affairs of Ivory Coast, a position he has held since 2017. In addition to his ministerial duties, he serves as a deputy and the mayor of the city of Bouaké. Throughout his career, he has held various government roles, including Minister of Tourism and Handicrafts and Minister of African Integration. An engineer by training, Koné previously worked in socio-economic data management and internal auditing before entering national politics.
