Ana Racu is a Moldovan politician and criminal law jurist serving as a Member of the Parliament of Moldova since July 2021, representing the Party of Action and Solidarity. Prior to her election to parliament, she built an extensive career in human rights and penal reform, working with organizations such as the United Nations Committee Against Torture, the European Committee for the Prevention of Torture, the United Nations Development Programme, and the People's Advocate Office.
