Thomas Winsum Anabah is a Ghanaian politician, anesthesiologist, and academic who serves as the Member of Parliament for the Garu Constituency. Elected in the 2024 general elections on the National Democratic Congress ticket, he currently sits on the Business and Health Committees of the 9th Parliament of the Fourth Republic of Ghana. Before entering politics, Dr. Anabah had a distinguished medical career, serving as the first medical director of the Ridge Regional Hospital in Accra and leading anesthesia departments at various teaching hospitals. He is also a Senior Lecturer and Head of the Department of Anesthesia at the University for Development Studies, where he has been instrumental in developing specialized medical training programs.
