Andar Amin Harahap is an Indonesian politician currently serving as a member of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia for the 2024–2029 term, representing the North Sumatra II electoral district. He is a member of Commission II, which oversees domestic governance, land affairs, and civil service empowerment. Prior to his legislative career, he served as the Mayor of Padangsidimpuan from 2013 to 2018 and as the Regent of North Padang Lawas from 2018 to 2023. He is the son of former North Padang Lawas Regent Bachrum Harahap.
