Andrea Giorgis

Andrea Giorgis is an Italian politician and university professor of constitutional law at the University of Turin. A long-standing member of the Democratic Party, he previously served as a member of the Chamber of Deputies from 2013 to 2022 and held the position of Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Justice from 2019 to 2021. Throughout his career, he has focused on constitutional reforms, fundamental rights, and legislative processes. He was elected to the Senate of the Republic in 2022, where he currently serves on the 1st Commission for Constitutional Affairs.
