Andrew Hoggard

Andrew Hoggard is a New Zealand politician and dairy farmer currently serving as a Member of the New Zealand House of Representatives. Before entering parliament, he held significant leadership roles in the farmers' advocacy group Federated Farmers, serving as its president from 2020 to 2023. Following his election in 2023 as an ACT New Zealand candidate, he was appointed Minister for Biosecurity and Minister for Food Safety.
