Anna Caballero

Anna Caballero is an American politician currently serving as a member of the California State Senate, representing the 14th district. Born in Arizona, she began her career as an attorney advocating for farm workers and co-founding a law firm. Her extensive public service includes serving on the Salinas City Council, as Mayor of Salinas, and as a member of the California State Assembly. She also led the California State and Consumer Services Agency under Governor Jerry Brown. Caballero is known for her focus on community advocacy, literacy, and early childhood education, and she has recently launched a campaign for California State Treasurer.
