A member of the Free Voters party, she previously served as a State Secretary in the same ministry from 2018 to 2023. Before entering state-level politics, Stolz worked as a lawyer and served as the Mayor of Arnstein from 2014 to 2018. She was first elected to the Landtag of Bavaria in 2018 and continues to represent the Main-Spessart constituency.
