Annessa Hartman

Annessa Hartman is an American politician and activist currently serving as a member of the Oregon House of Representatives for the 40th district. Elected in 2022, she previously served on the Gladstone City Council. Her professional background includes roles in event planning, catering management, and retail coordination for the Native American Youth and Family Center. A survivor of domestic violence and sexual assault, Hartman has been a vocal advocate for social issues. She has announced that she will not seek public office in 2026 due to a cancer diagnosis.
