Annet Bertram is a Dutch senior civil servant and politician affiliated with the Christian Democratic Appeal (CDA). Educated in sociology and law at Leiden University, she has held numerous high-level positions within the Dutch government, including serving as municipal secretary of The Hague and Director-General of the Central Government Real Estate Agency. In 2025, she was appointed Secretary-General of the Ministry of Asylum and Migration. In February 2026, she was nominated to serve as State Secretary for Infrastructure and Water Management in the Jetten cabinet.
