Arian Tahiri

Arian Tahiri is a Kosovan politician and former professional basketball player who serves as a member of the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo. Prior to his election to the national legislature in 2026, he held the position of deputy mayor of Mitrovica, having been appointed to the role in 2021. He also served as a candidate for the 2025 local elections in Mitrovica. His career transition from professional sports to public service has been marked by his involvement in local and national governance.
