Born in Głubczyce, he graduated in finance and banking from the Wrocław University of Economics. Before his election to parliament in 2023, he held various professional roles, including positions in the banking sector, the Lower Silesian Marshal's Office, and as a manager in cultural and sports institutions. A long-time activist in the Democratic Left Alliance and later the New Left, he has been involved in local government and regional political structures in Lower Silesia for over two decades.
