Armando Walle is an American politician serving as a member of the Texas House of Representatives for the 140th district. Born and raised in Houston, he previously worked for U.S. Representatives Gene Green and Sheila Jackson Lee before his election to the state legislature in 2009. Walle serves as the Deputy Floor Leader for the Texas House Democrats and has been involved in significant legislative actions, including the 2025 Texas walkout. He also served as the Harris County COVID-19 Pandemic Recovery Czar.
