Armend Baloku

Armend Baloku is a Kosovar actor and politician serving as a Member of the Assembly of Kosovo. A graduate of the Faculty of Arts at the University of Pristina with both bachelor's and master's degrees in acting, he established a successful career in theater and film before entering politics. In 2026, he joined the Vetëvendosje Movement and was elected to the legislature, where he advocates for the advancement of arts and culture in Kosovo alongside his parliamentary duties.
