Arnaldo Jardim

Arnaldo Calil Pereira Jardim is a Brazilian politician and civil engineer currently serving his fifth term as a federal deputy for the state of São Paulo. A long-time member of the Cidadania party, he began his political career as a student leader before being elected to the Legislative Assembly of São Paulo in 1986. Throughout his career, Jardim has focused on environmental and agricultural policy, having served as the Secretary of Agriculture and Supply for São Paulo and participating in various parliamentary fronts related to agribusiness, mining, and sustainability. He is known for his legislative work on national policies regarding solid waste and climate change.
