Arnulf Bryan Fuentebella is a Filipino politician serving as the representative for the 4th district of Camarines Sur since 2019. Born in 1976, he is the son of former House Speaker Arnulfo Fuentebella and Mayor Evelyn Fuentebella. Before his election to Congress, he served as the Municipal Mayor of Tigaon from 2007 to 2016. During his political career, he has been a notable proponent of the proposed creation of the province of Nueva Camarines, which would encompass the fourth and fifth legislative districts of Camarines Sur. He is a graduate of the University of the Philippines Diliman, where he studied philosophy.
