Bülent Kaya is a Turkish politician and lawyer currently serving as a Member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey. Born in 1973 in Ergani, Diyarbakır, he graduated from the Istanbul University Faculty of Law and previously worked as a freelance lawyer and legal consultant. Kaya has held various leadership roles within the Felicity Party, including serving as the deputy chairman responsible for legal affairs. He was elected to parliament in the 2023 general elections representing Istanbul and is a member of the National Solidarity, Brotherhood and Democracy Commission.
