Balázs Hidvéghi is a Hungarian politician and a current Member of the National Assembly. A long-time member of the Fidesz party, he has held various high-level roles, including serving as a Member of the European Parliament between 2014 and 2024 and as the parliamentary state secretary of the Prime Minister’s Cabinet Office. Throughout his career, he has focused on foreign affairs, international economic relations, and national cohesion. He currently serves as the vice-chairman of the parliament's Social Participation Committee.
