Barbara Polo

Barbara Polo is an Italian politician serving as a member of the Chamber of Deputies since 2022, representing the constituency of Nuoro. A member of the Brothers of Italy party, she also serves as the provincial coordinator for Sassari. Prior to her national parliamentary career, she was elected to the municipal council of Ozieri, where she served as deputy mayor and assessor for budget and programming. In the Chamber of Deputies, she is a member of the Defense and Justice Commissions and the parliamentary commission for the contrast of disadvantages deriving from insularity. She has notably supported the implementation of differentiated autonomy for Italian regions.
