Barbara Teiber

Barbara Teiber is an Austrian politician and trade unionist who has served as a member of the Austrian National Council since October 2024. She has held the position of Federal Chair of the GPA trade union since 2018 and is a prominent figure in the Austrian labor movement, including serving as Vice President of the Vienna Chamber of Labour. Previously, she was a member of the Vienna Landtag and the Vienna Municipal Council from 2013 to 2018. Throughout her career, she has focused on labor rights, social partnership, and health insurance administration, holding various board positions within the Austrian social security system.
