Bardh Spahia is an Albanian politician and physician currently serving as the Mayor of Shkodër. Born in Shkodër, he pursued medical studies in Albania and Italy, specializing in surgery before entering politics. A long-time member of the Democratic Party of Albania, he has held various government positions, including Director General in the Ministry of Health, Deputy Minister of Health, and Secretary General of the Presidency. He served as a Member of the Albanian Parliament from 2017 to 2021 before being elected mayor in 2022.
