Barinder Kumar Goyal Vakeel is an Indian politician and member of the Aam Aadmi Party serving in the Punjab Legislative Assembly. Representing the Lehra Assembly constituency, he won his seat in the 2022 Punjab Legislative Assembly election after previously contesting in 1992. He has served as chairman of the committee on subordinate legislation and joined the cabinet of Sardar Bhagwant Singh Maan as the water resource, mining, and soil and water conservation minister in September 2024.
