Beeda Masthan Rao is an Indian politician and businessman from Andhra Pradesh. He served as a Member of the Legislative Assembly for the Kavali constituency from 2009 to 2014 and held various committee roles, including Chairman of the Standing Committee on Labour and Information Technology. In 2022, he was elected to the Rajya Sabha, representing the YSR Congress Party, before resigning his seat in August 2024. He subsequently joined the Telugu Desam Party in October 2024.
