Beline Uwineza

Beline Uwineza is a Rwandan politician currently serving as a member of the Chamber of Deputies in the Parliament of Rwanda. Throughout her parliamentary career, she has been active in legislative efforts and forums addressing gender-based violence, teenage pregnancies, and women's parliamentary leadership.
