Benes Leocádio is a Brazilian politician and public servant currently serving as a Member of the Chamber of Deputies representing the state of Rio Grande do Norte. Before his election to the federal legislature, he served five terms as the mayor of Lajes and four terms as the president of the Federation of Municipalities of Rio Grande do Norte (FEMURN). A prominent municipalist, his legislative work focuses on strengthening local government autonomy and addressing public security issues. He is a member of the União Brasil party.
