Bharat Bhushan Batra is an Indian politician and member of the Indian National Congress serving as a Member of the Haryana Legislative Assembly representing the Rohtak constituency. First elected in 2009, he served until 2014, and after reclaiming the seat in 2019, he successfully retained it in the 2024 elections. Throughout his legislative career, he has also held the position of chief whip for the Indian National Congress in the Haryana Vidhan Sabha.
