Bidya Sing Engleng is an Indian politician and member of the Assam Legislative Assembly representing the Diphu constituency. He was first elected in the 2001 Assam Legislative Assembly election as a candidate of the Indian National Congress, and was subsequently re-elected in 2006 and 2011. He later joined the Bharatiya Janata Party and won election from the same constituency in the 2021 assembly elections.
