Bidyut Baran Mahato

Bidyut Baran Mahato is an Indian politician currently serving as a member of the 18th Lok Sabha representing the Jamshedpur constituency in Jharkhand. A member of the Bharatiya Janata Party, he achieved a historic third consecutive victory in the 2024 general election. Prior to his parliamentary career, he served as a member of the Jharkhand Legislative Assembly from 2010 to 2014 and chaired its Committee on Public Undertakings. He is actively involved in legislative oversight, serving on committees related to coal, mines, steel, and the welfare of other backward classes.
