Bishan Singh Chuphal is an Indian politician and a six-time incumbent member of the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly representing the Didihat constituency. Affiliated with the Bharatiya Janata Party, he has served as a cabinet minister in multiple state ministries and as the president of the Uttarakhand unit of the party. He is notably the only person to serve as a member of the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly in all assemblies since its formation in 2000.
