Bjørn Arild Gram is a Norwegian politician currently serving as a member of the Storting. A prominent figure in the Centre Party, he has held several high-level government positions, including Minister of Defence from 2022 to 2025 and Minister of Local Government from 2021 to 2022. Before his national ministerial roles, he served as the mayor of Steinkjer Municipality for over a decade and chaired the Norwegian Association of Local and Regional Authorities. Gram has been a long-time advocate for local democracy and regional development, and he currently serves as the first deputy leader of the Centre Party.
