Blanca Osuna is an Argentine politician who has served as a National Deputy for Entre Ríos Province since 2019. An educational psychologist by training, she previously held the same legislative position from 2001 to 2007, served as a National Senator from 2007 to 2011, and was the mayor of Paraná from 2011 to 2015. Throughout her career, she has focused on education policy, having chaired the Education Committee in both the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate. She was awarded the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic in 2005.
