Blandine Brocard

Blandine Brocard is a French politician and jurist serving as a Member of the National Assembly for the 5th constituency of the Rhône since 2017. Before her election to the national legislature, she worked as a jurist for the Association of Rural Mayors of France and served as a municipal councilor and deputy mayor in Saint-Germain-au-Mont-d'Or. Initially elected under the La République en Marche banner, she later joined the MoDem group. Throughout her parliamentary career, she has taken notable positions on bioethics, including opposition to the expansion of medically assisted reproduction, and has been involved in debates regarding public health policies.
