Bonifacio Calde Lacwasan, Jr. is a Filipino politician currently serving as the Governor of Mountain Province. He first assumed the governorship in 2016 following the death of his predecessor, Leonard Mayaen, while serving as vice governor. After navigating complex electoral disputes regarding succession, he was elected to the position in 2019 and subsequently secured a fresh mandate in the 2022 elections. He is the son of Bonifacio Lacwasan Sr., a former deputy governor of the sub-province of Bontoc.
