Brent Blakley

Brent Blakley is a Canadian politician serving as a member of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan for the constituency of Regina Wascana Plains. Elected in the 2024 general election, he successfully unseated a long-standing cabinet minister from the Saskatchewan Party. Prior to his legislative career, Blakley spent 35 years as an educator, most recently teaching at Sheldon-Williams Collegiate. He holds an education degree from the University of Regina and has been an active community volunteer, particularly in youth sports coaching.
