Cam Cavitt is an American politician serving as a member of the Michigan House of Representatives, representing the 106th District since 2023. His legislative work includes serving on the House Appropriations Committee, where he acts as Chairman of the Appropriations Subcommittee on the Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy, and as Vice Chair of the Appropriations Subcommittee on Military and Veteran Affairs. Prior to his election to the state House, Cavitt worked as a realtor and served on the Cheboygan County Drain Commission. He also held leadership roles within the Michigan Association of County Drain Commissioners and contributed to various local community organizations, including the Cheboygan County Salvation Army and the Indian River Chamber of Commerce.
