Cao Mạnh Linh

Cao Mạnh Linh is a Vietnamese politician and Member of the 15th National Assembly of Vietnam representing Thanh Hóa province, currently serving as a Standing Member of the National Assembly's Judiciary Committee. He holds a Ph.D. in Law and advanced political theory, having spent much of his career working within the Office of the National Assembly. Prior to his current legislative mandate, he served as Deputy Head of the Justice Department and as a secretary to senior parliamentary leadership.
