Carine Montaner Raynaud

Carine Montaner Raynaud is an Andorran politician who has served as a member of the General Council of Andorra since 2015. Born in Toulouse, France, she holds master's degrees in Economic Sciences and Business Management, as well as Economic and Social Engineering of Territorial Policies from the University of Toulouse. Before entering politics, she worked as a professor at the Universitat d'Andorra. Montaner initially represented the Liberal Party of Andorra and the Lauredian Union, later joining the Third Way before founding her own party, Andorra Forward, in 2021. Her political platform has emphasized housing affordability, immigration control, and national neutrality on international conflicts.
