Carla Barros

Carla Maria Gomes Barros is a Portuguese politician and human resources manager currently serving as a deputy in the 16th legislature of the Assembly of the Republic. Born in 1980, she has held parliamentary mandates during the 11th, 13th, and 14th legislatures. Outside of her legislative career, she has worked as a program coordinator for the Northern Regional Coordination and Development Commission and as the director of the Matosinhos Employment Centre. She holds a degree in human resources management with a specialization in public administration and gender equality.
