Carlos Heller is an Argentine politician, cooperative banking leader, and executive currently serving as a member of the Argentine Chamber of Deputies representing the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. Born in 1940, he spent much of his career in the cooperative banking sector, notably serving as the first General Manager of Banco Credicoop. He also held a prominent role as vice-president of the Boca Juniors football club from 1985 to 1995. A long-time socialist, Heller founded the Solidary Party and has been a consistent political ally of the Kirchnerist movement, focusing his legislative work on economic and budgetary policy.
