Caroline Yadan

Caroline Yadan is a French politician and lawyer who has served as a member of the National Assembly since 2022. Initially elected as a substitute for Stanislas Guerini, she won a full seat in 2024 representing the 8th constituency for French residents overseas. A former head of the antisemitism department at LICRA, she is known for her vocal stance against antisemitism and her support for Israel. In 2024, she introduced a controversial legislative proposal aimed at combating renewed forms of antisemitism, which faced significant public and political opposition before being withdrawn in 2026. She also co-authored a report on religious influences in sports, advocating for stricter secularist policies.
