Cécile Murumunawabo

Cécile Murumunawabo is a Rwandan politician and member of the Rwandan Patriotic Front (RPF) who has served as a member of the Chamber of Deputies in the Parliament of Rwanda since 2013, representing the City of Kigali. Born in 1968, she holds a Master's degree in development studies. Prior to her election to parliament, she worked in the office of the First Lady of Rwanda. Additionally, she has served as secretary of the RPF women's congress since 2013 and was re-elected to the position in 2019.
