Cengiz Çiçek

Cengiz Çiçek is a Turkish politician and lawyer who has served as a member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey since June 2023. Born in Tunceli in 1978, he studied law at Marmara University and previously worked as an attorney, notably representing Abdullah Öcalan. Throughout his career, he has been active in various political organizations, including the People's Democracy Party and the Peoples' Democratic Congress. Çiçek is a vocal advocate for human rights, supporting organizations like the Saturday Mothers and opposing the closure of the HDP.
